United Way is excited to bring you the Day of Action on Saturday, June 19 as part of our 2010 Young Leader Tour.

The Day of Action is a national event engaging hundreds of volunteers from across the U.S. in volunteer opportunities improving our communities. Our local Day of Action is the perfect opportunity for individuals and families to enjoy a volunteer experience while helping people in need. Volunteer projects are scheduled from 9am to 1pm and include opportunities to help address issues related to income by volunteering at local meal sites, sprucing up neighborhoods and working with a transitional housing program.
